I was amazed by the stunning view of the city, mountains, and water from my stylish and modern room with a balcony, despite the interphone not working and water coming from the roof. The fully functioning and cooling AC unit made it worth the extra money spent. The hotel provided me with excellent service, even though there was a mix-up with my reservation that led to a higher charge. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early for a special event. The location in a tropical garden was simply breathtaking and above any other hotel in the area. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of local dishes that satisfied my palate. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and our balcony offered the most incredible view of the city, mountains, and water. The service was top-notch, especially with my 17-month-old baby girl. The location was stunning with lush vegetation and beautiful surroundings. The dining experience was delightful with a nice variety of food. However, the initial delay in food service was a downside. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent value for money.
